Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Pri Tawar

Dr. Pri Tawar was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. After completing his undergraduate studies in Anatomy & Physiology at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, he attended the Inter-American School of Optometry. Graduating in 2004 with a Degree in Optometry. He has now been practicing in Alberta for over 5 years.

Dr. Russ Reisner

Dr. Reisner was born in Limerick, Saskatchewan. A small farming community about an hour south of Moose Jaw. After attending the University of Saskatchewan he earned his degree in Optometry from Indiana University in 2001. Following a year of practice in Missouri he moved to Red Deer and practiced there full time until 2006 when he moved to Calgary. Dr. Reisner currently sees patients in all 3 of his offices; Urban Optique in Airdrie, Red Deer, and Market Mall Eye Care/Urban Optique in Northwest Calgary.

Cat

Cat is our licensed Optician. Bringing to the team five years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Cat specializes in contact lens fittings, and educating patients on frame and lens selections. She will make your experience in choosing new frames and lenses pleasant with her great sense of humour and abundance of enthusiasm.

Jacquie

Jacquie joined our staff in 2007. She has proven to be a valuable member of our team with a background in customer service. Her professionalism appears in all aspects of her work whether it's assisting with your eyewear needs or providing preliminary testing for your eye exam.
